Hilary Scott is a former national and local journalist with a special interest in food. She worked as a food sub-editor on Woman magazine where she learned how to style food for photography as well as writing for numerous publications.
Her food monthly magazine published by Trinity Mirror won UK Regional Supplement of the Year after just six issues. The magazine's resident writers included food expert and former chef to Prince Charles and Princess Diana, Chris Barber, Jamie Oliver, Antony Worrall Thompson and Daniel Galmiche.
Hilary has reviewed food for publications for more than 30 years and along the way has cooked in many kitchens including Michelin-starred ones and she has devised recipes too.
She has been a food festival compère for several years, introducing celebrity chefs on stage and talking through their dishes and she's judged many cookery competitions.
Hilary loves to cook and bake but prefers being taken out for dinner!
Hailing from outback Western Australia, Dijana Capan spent her formative years travelling the world and sampling different taste delights on her travels -cementing her love of food and drink.

Initially settling into makeup and design Dijana has always pursued creative roles which have all contributed to her strong styling, design and lighting sense today.
Inspired, Dijana went on to study photography at Reading College of Art and Design. Following this she spent her ‘apprenticeship’ years in photography in London where she honed her skills with studio, events and live events leading to promotional, press and event commissions.
Dijana opened her studio doors for DVision Images in 2009 and has worked as a freelance photographer ever since.
Working with regional press publications Dijana has been photographing food in ‘live’ situations for reviews and publications including restaurants and gastro pubs during service. Photographing live food events has also featured heavily.
Dijana also delights in being taken out for dinner!
