Glorious Henley food

Another working day but this time, lucky us, at Henley Festival. It's very posh but a lot of fun and it always attracts some great artists. It also has some fabulous food offerings - and every year we are heartened to see Paul Clerehugh's pop-up restaurant there in a lovely setting. Paul, of course, runs the Crooked Billet in Stoke Row and London Street Brasserie in central Reading. His food is excellent and we love the way he tailors his Henley menu to the punters. So you could have a Quick Hot Sandwich if you were on the run in your Jimmy Choos - salt beef on rye or a posh fish dog. There were bowls brimful of salads or you could order from the Griddled, Seared and Baked menu - a herb gril
